The Owner

The face behind the clean.

Sarah Draper, owner of Draper Cleaning Co. LLC.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I started Draper Cleaning Co. because I genuinely love taking a space that feels overwhelming or lived-in and making it feel clean, calm, and put back together again.

I’m hands-on, detail-oriented, and personally involved in every clean. I notice the little things because those details are what make a home truly feel finished.

Most importantly, I care about the people I clean for. Being trusted inside someone’s home is something I never take lightly, and I want every client to feel comfortable, cared for, and happy with their space when I leave.

Questions

Good to know.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Tampa Bay — Tampa, Lutz, Westchase, Carrollwood, St. Petersburg, and the neighborhoods around them. If you are just outside that range, ask anyway and I will tell you honestly whether I can get to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — Draper Cleaning Co. LLC is fully licensed and insured. You are welcome to ask for documentation before your first visit.

Who will actually be cleaning my home?

Me. This is an owner-led company and I am hands-on with every job, so the person who quotes your home is the person who cleans it. You will not meet a rotating crew or a different face each visit.

How do I get a quote?

Pick a day on the availability calendar and I will confirm the details with you, or call or text (972) 567-7096. Quotes depend on the size of the space, its condition, and how often you would like it cleaned.

What is the difference between recurring and deep cleaning?

Recurring cleaning is upkeep on a set schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — keeping a home that is already in good order looking finished.

A deep clean goes further into the things that do not need attention every visit: baseboards, grout, vents, and appliance interiors. Most homes start with a deep clean, then move onto a recurring schedule from there.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — I arrive with everything needed for the visit. If you would rather I use a particular product on a specific surface, such as sealed stone or a finished wood floor, leave it out and let me know and I will use yours instead.

Do I need to be home?

Whichever you are more comfortable with. Many clients arrange access and come home to a finished house; others prefer to be there. Either way I will agree the arrangement with you in advance so nothing is left to guesswork on the day.

Do you work around pets?

Yes. Pets are welcome to stay where they are comfortable — just mention them when you book so I know what to expect and can plan the visit around them.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 24 hours, including missed appointments, are charged the full cleaning price. Weekend appointments are available by request.
